This is a workplace-based qualification—no classroom attendance or exams are required.

Once enrolled, you will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will:

  1. Conduct an Induction Visit – to review evidence requirements and outline the assessment plan
  2. Arrange On-Site Observation – to assess your practical competence in a real work environment
  3. Use Multiple Assessment Methods, including:
    • Professional discussions
    • Written or verbal knowledge questions
    • Witness testimonials from managers or colleagues

This tailored approach ensures your assessment reflects your real role and responsibilities.


If your company is CITB-registered, you may be eligible to claim up to £600 per learner for this qualification.
